About me
—
Good sexual health is a fundamental part of human well-being.
My work and my passion lie at the intersection of sexual health promotion, public health research, and communications, with the ultimate goal of empowering people to have healthy, confident, and safe sexual relationships.
I lead programs to optimise sexual health services to improve the patient experience and ensure equitable access to prevention, testing, and treatment. I tailor engaging health information to diverse audiences, and I am strongly invested in inclusive and accessible knowledge translation.
Both my program work and my research explicitly adopt a strengths-based approach, across quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches. Novel testing modalities, peer-led research, innovative use of communications channels, and programs that emphasise health equity and accessibility are of particular interest.
